In the first month of the season, the JV volleyball team at Notre Dame has excelled over their competition. They have won nine games and have only lost once. They are currently ranked second in the league after nine successful games. Their freshman outside hitter, Charlotte Gilbert, said, “I feel really good about the team this season. I think we are going to win a lot more games."
Many new freshmen are joining the JV volleyball team this year, and they are all really enjoying it. Varsity is also doing phenomenal so far this season, having won 7 out of 10 games. Their freshman middle blocker, Riley Rose, said, “I love the team, and I think we are excellent. Everyone also works well together.” Both teams have been doing so well, and it’s only been a month! We are sure this will continue for the rest of the volleyball season.
