Senior Parting Words: Cooper Winkler '26

Chez Nous Times has provided me with a community of dedicated writers who are passionate about spreading information about real world events. One of my favorite memories with the Chez Nous Times was going to Think Coffee my Freshman year for editing meetings. I remember being so scared, terrified no one would want to work with me, but instead I found a loving and supportive community. Throughout my time in the Chez Nous Times, I loved writing about politics. Rarely do schools give students so much freedom to write about issues they are passionate about; I found that freedom here, at the Chez Nous Times.

I'm so grateful to have been a part of the Chez Nous Times these past four years at Notre Dame. I'm excited to continue my study of journalism at the University of Maryland.
