The next recipe is Christmas Sparkly Meringue Snowmen. The total time to bake

these treats is 80 mins for baking with cooling and prep time is 30. These are quick and easy to make for the whole family and taste delicious. The ingredients for this recipe are 2 large egg whites, cream of Tatar, sugar, mint or vanilla extract, black nonpareils, and orange sprinkles. Go to the website below to find directions. Overall, this is a fun Christmas treat that can be shared with all the friends and families you know.

Lastly, a Christmas Recipe that is well known worldwide and one of the most popular desserts, is the Christmas Yule Log. This recipe is a bit more complex and may take more

time; however, everyone will enjoy this, as it is rich, contains a lot of texture, and is creamy. There are four parts to this dessert: the cocoa cake, the filling cream, chocolate frosting/ganache, and decorations. The meringue mushrooms are a decoration. The tools you will need are a stand or electric mixer, piping bag, large round piping tip, and 12 x 17 rimmed baking sheet

The ingredients for the meringue mushrooms are 2 large egg whites, ⅛ teaspoon cream of tartar, 6 tablespoons of superfine sugar, cocoa powder for dusting, and 2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate melted. Go to the website and recipe for directions on how to make them. For the chocolate cake, use ⅔ cup all-purpose flour, ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, 7 large eggs separated, 1 cup of granulated sugar, and confectioner’s sugar. Go to the website. For the filling, use 1 ¼ cups of cold heavy whipping cream, ⅓ cup of confectioners’ sugar, and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract. For the frosting, use 1 ¼ cups of unsalted butter, ¼ teaspoon of salt, 8 tablespoons of cocoa powder sifted, 2 ¾ cups of confectioner’s sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 2 to 3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream. Lastly, for the Garnish, use sugared cranberries, sugared rosemary, and confectioners' sugar.

This recipe can take a long time but end result is worth it. This is one of my favorite recipes and I will be baking it! Have a merry Christmas!
